Due to various shortcomings in notary offices, Public Electronic Service for Real Property Transactions (NETSVEP) was put into operation two-and-a-half years after its development. “Discussions, which took place in the National Audit Office for the first time and were aimed at drafting performance audit programme for the following year were successful, as well as useful to public auditors,“ says Auditor General Rasa Budbergytė assessing cycle of discussions, which took place the previous week: “Competitive Economy: Are We Following the Right Way?“.
